of Life
Journal is a peer-reviewed journal which was founded in
1990. The journal, with four issues per year, is the only one in Central and Eastern Europe
dedicated to both quality of life and social policy. Quality
of Life
Journal is aimed for the world of academia as well as for policy
makers.
The articles - theoretical, empirical, and methodological - cover the fields of quality of life and social policy as well as related research. Topics include life standard, consumption patterns, employment, health, housing, environment, education, social services, family and social relationships, leisure, life styles, subjective well-being etc. Many studies focus on policy analysis and evaluation, seeking to contribute to solving social issues and shaping social policy. The journal is indented to be a high level scientific forum debating on the current problems of society.
Quality of Life Journal publishes articles in Romanian and English languages and complies with the international editorial conventions. All articles are rigorously evaluated and peer-reviewed by two independent, anonymous reviewers.
The journal is abstracted and indexed in Sociological Abstracts, Index Copernicus and Public Affairs Information Service (PAIS).
The journal is ranked nationally as B+.

Please send us your manuscript after checking the instructions for authors. We will respond in approximately 4-6 weeks, after the peer-review process is concluded.
